Article Marketing Really Works Folks

If you are not writing and submitting articles to directories, I’m afraid you are giving away a lot of visitors (your potential buyers and subscribers) to your competition. Writing and submitting articles for traffic really works folks.
A couple of days ago, I was searching about more information about a niche, and I read several articles. One of these articles was quite good, and when I checked the date of submission… It was in 2005!
So now, almost five years later, the website’s owner is still getting traffic from his article.
How cool is that?
And if he is smart and repurposed his article for maximum profit, he made a few hundreds or a few thousands from just one article.
So where should you start if you never syndicated your articles before?
1. Obviously, the first step is to write an article for your own website. Then, you need to rewrite it and distribute it to article directories. The first place you want to go is ezinearticles.com.
2. Then, you need to submit to other directories, but you will need to rewrite your articles first. In other words, change the title (but make sure to keep your main keyword), and rewrite each of the paragraphs. As a rule of thumb, you want to make your other articles at least 30% unique.
3. Many so called article marketers “advise” that you write crappy article and make money. This works when you do mass article submission, but I do not recommend that you spread the crap world on the Internet.
The purpose of your article is to help your readers and deliver quality content. That’s why I like the new FTC rules. This is good for the consumer.
The truth is that most marketers are not “bad boys”… but when they are behind their computer (with nobody to tell them that what they are doing is bad), they turn to the dark side pretty quickly…

Franck – would you recommend to backlink to the main article in ezine after you repost the same article (after changing title and paragraphs) say in Article Base or do you link to a) your squeeze page and b) another page off your domain?

Hey Cris,
I always recommend to link to your own domain. Think about this: what if ezinearticles decided to remove your article? (and this happens a lot).
So now, you built dozens of backlinks, and when someone clicks on the link in your bio, it links to… nowhere (or a 404 page).
Linking to a squeeze page is better than getting your EZA article on Google first page.
Always build your list.

regarding your reply comment above..
so the best way to promote product by using a sqz page?
how about build a blog? so we can make the community of product also..
actually, i am still blur, whether using a squeeze page to promote one product or using a blog that contain all the articles? which one better?
and last one..link from ezine and articlesbase is nofollow tag right? so cannot use this article direktory to rank a SERP. just first time customer only..is it true?

Thank you for your participation.
It is always better to drive your web traffic to a squeeze page.
As for your blog, you absolutely need one, but this doesn’t prevent you to use a squeeze page.
Ezine article is do follow. As for article base, they are no follow, but they give you pretty good rankings on Google. I can quickly get a first page ranking with article base. So make sure to submit your articles there as well.
The bottom line is that ezinearticle definitively helps for the serps.
