You Already Have What It Takes To Succeed

Yesterday, I sent an email to my subscribers because I need a new team member.
Many people replied to the offer, and I thank you for your interest. Right now, I’m in the process
of reviewing all the profiles I received…
Since I need one new team member right now, I can’t take everyone, and I apologize for this.
We are getting in phase two of the process, and I am going to send you a couple of questions to decide between the five people I retained.
Usually, I head over Elance.com or IM forums to find people to work on my projects, but I think that it’s the time to see people on your list like your partners.
In fact, you want to think about how to grow your business together. It’s a concept that I learned from Eben Pagan (I learned a ton from him), and I am going to develop it more and more.
Something I noticed is that all the marketers who replied to my email already have what it takes
to succeed in IM.
It’s just a question of focus and getting the right information. Many of you already have a blog or a website.
Do you think that there is a secret that you don’t know? Nope.
You already know it all. The only thing is that many of you believe that they missed something. The truth is that you didn’t miss any secret. Today everything is available for free on the web.
So why is that you are not making money yet, or you can’t make at least $1000 per month?
Well, there are many reasons, but the first is that you are a one man show. In fact, this slow your online business to death.
If you had a company offline (I was a pizzeria owner), just think about this: Would your company be able to survive without anyone to help you? I sincerely doubt about this.
Just take my pizzeria (sold it a couple of years ago) as an example:
I wouldn’t be able to make a cent without my employees. In fact, I would lose money from day one because:
1. I’d lose all the clients who wanted delivery at home (heck, if I go out, I need to close the shop cause I’m alone)
2. I wouldn’t be able to satisfy clients who come and pick their pizza (no time)
Do you see the disaster?
What I want to make you realize is that you need other people to work with you if you want to grow your business, and that’s what I am doing right now.
Here is the first secret…
Secret #1: Every successful marketer is outsourcing.
Now this doesn’t mean having a full team of employees, but this is what they (i.e. gurus) mean when they say: “Work only two hours per day”.
Just one person helping you out, and everything could change…
Internet marketing is a real business and once you understand this principle, everything becomes easier.

What about us newbies. I’ve done like so many others and paid for sites to be designed for me. I’ve also paid for a TON of claimed “how to guides” but to no avail. I purchased your program for the step-by-step approach and I realize what I need is one-on-one coaching. This is definitely a better investment.

@ Dylan, you may find this crazy, but many people fail to take action. I was like this in the beginning, and once I finally decided to do something, my online business was born.
Just start, and the rest will follow. It doesn’t matter if you fail. What you really need is to improve until you are where you want to be.
@ Tony, I spend months before I found this secret. This will enable you to grow your business.
