The Right Way To Buy Products To Grow Your Internet Business

I’m buying a brand new product, and I thought I’d let you know how I buy Internet marketing stuff to grow my online business.
What is it?
I’m buying a lot of videos tutorial for you. I’ll add them in my members area, and I will even add some of them in my autoresponder series. Like this, whenever I explain a concept, you’ll be able to watch it in direct.
It is really important that you understand that you need to buy products to grow your Internet business. If you think that you will make it with free material, you are killing your Internet business before you start.
If this is your mindset right now, I advice you to change it right away because there is no such thing as free affiliate home business.
It’s true that you can start to make affiliate sales without website (I started with $0 and a free blogger blog), but I immediately reinvested my small profits.
Once I started to make some commissions, I bought a cheap affiliate marketing training course, then I got into a coaching program, and following my Internet marketing mentor‘s advice, I immediately invested in a domain name and got my web hosting, autoresponders and ad trackers up and running, the Ultimate Marketing Center.
A few weeks later, I made my first affiliate commission ($250), and many others. I even had sub-affiliates making sales under me.
Everything happened after I invested in my education and got the right affiliate marketing tools.
Now, how to buy to grow your business? In other words, how to invest and make more money?
It seems to be a dumb questions, but I many people invest… and actually lose money as a result because they will do nothing with the information.
I am very sad when I receive emails from my subscribers or readers saying that they spend several thousands dollars on Internet marketing products (most of the time, they are good products) and still can’t make a single dollar online.
So how to buy?
Let me tell you what I did today. In fact, I didn’t buy yet, I will do it after I publish this post.
Two days ago, I started a new project, and my main concern is to finish this new product as fast as possible. Since I outsource most of my traffic generation activities, I have time to learn and think about new ideas.
I’ve just spend one hour looking for new ideas on the web, and during my research, I found several products (this is why you should outsource, to free up your time), and immediately closed all the pages, because although they were good, I didn’t see how they would help me to enhance and grow my newest project.
I was going to close my web browser and complete my project (it’s almost finished) when I found something that “could” enhance my new product.
I didn’t buy it right away… without thinking. This isn’t the right way.
Here is how I did it:
1. I carefully read the sales letter (many people don’t do this)
2. I immediately thought about my current project: “Will this help me to make more money, or it will just add to many other distractions? Will I lose time with this, or complete my project faster?”
3. Then I took my note book and looked at my daily tasks and found the answer to the question above: “this will add value to my project AND allow me to complete it faster”.
4. I took the cost in consideration and took the conclusion that: “it was a steal compared to what I will gain”
5. I decided to buy it.
That’s it, it’s my plan, and usually I’m rewarded. I’m not trying to find the “next big secret”… there is no secret, and you already know what it takes to make four or five figures per month. All you need is to take action.
So whenever you want to buy a product, don’t be hyped up by the ‘hypnotic’ sales letter. I advise you to have a process that allow you to decide if it’s a good fit with your plan (you have a plan, do you?).

Yes you are right. We should always think before buying and should never get hypnotized with the sales letter. Its quite possible that the sales letter is good but the product is not, however, sometimes, there is possibility that the sales letter is bad but the product is awesome and fits our needs.
You just need to research it carefully. thanks for wonderful posts and great info.

Hi Franck,
Nice and great information as useful. A tip for every beginner who reads this post:
Never ever buy everything you find, otherwise you will end up with a ton of papers on your desk to read and this will dis-motivate you and most probably you will give up.
Make a list of the people who had shown outstanding credibility in the last 3-5 years (like Franck -:)) and just buy from these.
