Google Fight Against Internet Marketers, Link Building And Blog Networks!

It’s crazy, so many things happened in the search engine optimization world since the last Google Panda Update.
It’s not a secret that Google is fighting “low quality” backlinks, but I know that many of you are new to Internet business and seo. At this point, you might be wondering how in the world you are going to drive traffic to your affiliate blog, or your own website? This is a legitimate question.

There are hundreds of seo articles, blog posts and forum threads available, however, if you are a newbie, there is now way you can understand what they are talking about. If you are confused and don’t know what to do, don’t worry because…
This post will end up your confusion.
So here is the scoop.
What is happening with Google?
The answer is simple: Google only want quality sites in their index. But what is Google index you ask?
Google index: Google is an search engine (i.e. a machine), and what this machine does is scouring the web to find websites. The first thing that this machine will do is: adding sites in their index.
Let me give you an example: you create your brand new website (let’s say that your niche is the forex market), and you get a domain name (let’s say: mycoolforexsite.com). Then, you buy your web hosting, and you add your domain under your hosting account. So you are in business! This is great, BUT…you are not in Google index yet. In other words, Google doesn’t know that your site exists, and when someone type: “I want to trade forex” in the Google search bar, your site will never be on Google first page (not even on page 10 or page 100)!
Why?
Because your site is not in Google index yet!
So how to get your site in Google index you ask?
You need to add a link pointing to your site on an other website (this site needs to be in Google index, like squidoo.com). Now, the magic will happen, and when Google visit this site (squidoo.com) and find your link, Google will add your site to its index.
And what will happen from there? Now, when someone type “I want to learn forex” in Google, your site will appear on one of Google’s page! wow, congratulations…however, it will not appear on the first page yet…(more on how to do this later)
Now, the thousand dollar question…
How to get on Google first page?
This is one of my numerous traffic strategies, and I will give you some pointers, and mistakes to avoid if you want to rank on Google first page and most importantly…stay on Google first page for your chosen (profitable) keywords.
But before I tell you how to do this, I’ll tell you what you should absolutely avoid if you want to
1. Don’t buy/get in/subscribe to link building schemes
This is a biggie. Several big blog networks have seen a lot (if not all) of their blog deindexed from Google index.
What does this mean? And what are blog networks?
First, how blog networks work…
A while back, savvy webmasters noticed that the more backlinks (a link pointing back to your site), you can get, the better your rankings. A couple of them took action and said: “Hey! What I buy 100 different domain names, build 100 different blogs on these domains, and allow other webmasters (i.e. me and you, etc) to post links to their websites on my 100 sites? If I sell 1000 subscriptions at $47/mth, I’ll make $47,000.00 per month!!!”
And this is EXACTLY what they did. They bought the domains, build the blogs and sold the subscriptions and made way more than $47K.
The blog network owner was (very, very) happy, the webmasters were happy (because they’d get top rankings for their sites as a result of getting in the blog network), BUT Google wasn’t happy (as always…and I really wonder if they’ll be happy anytime soon?)
Why Google wasn’t happy you ask?
Because Google don’t want webmasters like you to game the system (although THEY teach you how to do that in the first place…). They only want Quality sites in their index, and high quality sites on their first page.
Why Google love high quality websites?
This is the Billion dollar question…Simply because they hate Yahoo, Bing, and every other search engines…They want people to advertise on Google Adwords (they earn a LOT of money with sponsored ads), and if they have “crappy” sites in their organic results, people (you, me and millions of others) will go somewhere else to find what they are searching for (think facebook, twitter, pinterest…bing?).

The second blunder
Now, the second thing you want to avoid at all cost is getting advice from people who don’t even know how to rank their sites in the search engines.
In fact, when you seek seo or traffic advice, make sure to ask someone who knows what he is talking about. This is really important because this can get your website deindexed, sandboxed, or banned from Google.
Now, what you need to do to get top rankings in Google?
If you type these (profitable) keywords in Google:
- Learn affiliate marketing
- affiliate marketing course
- affiliate marketing experts
- affiloblueprint review
- Internet Business Coaching (you will find my blog – the one you are reading right now)
- and to many to add here….
You will find my site (http://www.mynetmarketingland.com) on the first page of Google organic results, sometimes at the first position.
5. Continue with the “old fashioned” seo techniques
I mean continue to get quality backlinks to your website from guest blogging, press releases, etc… plus the social media technique above.
But…
Make sure to vary your anchor texts…I mean that you don’t want to have the same keywords in all your anchor text. Sometimes, you will just have: Click Here, or the actual URL as your anchor text.
And this one is HUGE…
6. Focus on one big authority site and make people stick (and come back) to your site
You want to make sure that your site has a lot of pages, and most importantly that people stay on your site (more than 2 seconds…).
Here is a super tip for that: make sure you build a list of subscribers, and send your latest posts or articles to your subscribers.
Another tip is to create a membership with a lot of free content (I’m not talking about a full blow membership site, but just one page that you update weekly for your subscribers for example).
In a nutshell…to get better search engine rankings and more traffic, create great content, get a lot of high quality backlinks, and don’t subscribe to any link building schemes. Also, don’t forget to get involved in facebook, Google+, youtube and other high traffic web 2.0 websites.

Affiliate Marketing On Facebook – Quick Way To Drive More Traffic To Your Website!

I must say that I didn’t really jump on the facebook bandwagon yet, although I’m slowly getting there. All I have right now is my personal facebook page.
Today, I was thinking about doing affiliate marketing with facebook, and the first thing I will do is adding a facebook like button to my main affiliate marketing coaching website. If you know me, you know that I’m in the Internet marketing niche and that I promote affiliate products (only good stuff) in the backend.
I will experiment with a facebook like on my homepage (affiliate marketing coaching) and see if my monthly traffic actually increase.
How does the facebook “like” button works?
When someone clicks on the facebook “like” button on your page, it will be automatically added in his wall, and in his friend news feed, with a link back to your site. It’s a super easy way to get more traffic. It’s powerful because it’s more like a recommendation, and his friends may eventually click on the link to find out what more about your site. I know this works because I done this recently. I visited someone’s page, and I followed the links that he liked.
How to add a facebook like button to your website?
This is super easy, and if a tech dummy like me can do it, you can do it too…
1. Go to this page: add a facebook like button
Note: Don’t add the share button because it has been “replaced” with the like button.
2. Configure your button to get the code and add it on your website (it’s step 1). There’s nothing to d0 (I just unchecked the “send” and “show faces” boxes), and click “Get code” when you are done.
3. Follow the instruction in the pop up box
It’s super easy. Once you click “get code”, you will be able to choose between 3 options. I chose the old “html”, and then added the piece of code after my webpage’s <body> tag , and I’ve also added the “like” button code.
I then uploaded my new home page, and I clicked on the like button (yes, I do like my site!). then, I opened my own facebook page, and my site was there. I was pretty surprised that only a few minutes after I refresh the page, I already had 4 likes! Great, people actually like my site.
Now, you can also see how many “likes” you get every day when you add your website at Facebook Insights. Before it works, you will need to add another small piece of code to your website.
Tip: I think that Google will be sad (they don’t really like the fact that facebook took millions of users who should normally be on Google…) I am going to do the same thing with Google Plus. I think Google gives more weight to your website if you add their “Google +” button as well!

List Building Tips – Double Your Online Profits With Your Own Email List!

List building tips for beginners…
As an Internet marketing coach, the very first thing I tell my students is that they need three things to make money online…
1. A Hungry Niche
2. A High converting offer
(it can be their own, bust most of my “apprentice” are complete beginners, and for this reason, they start with affiliate marketing. All the research has already been done for them. The niche is good, and the offer is constantly tweaked to make sure it converts)
3. Conversions
Conversions will occur in your sales funnel. If you have a great sales funnel, many of your visitors will end up buying one of your flagship products.
This is how money is made online. I’m talking about millions of dollars every single year in thousands of different niches. Don’t make the mistake to think that squeeze pages only work in the Internet marketing niche. I’ve made a lot of money in the forex market, and my landing page was nothing else than a squeeze page (I’m selling the optin on this page).
Now, many affiliate beginners send traffic directly to their offer, but this is not a smart way to make money with affiliate marketing.
Why?
Because you are building the merchant’s business by sending all the traffic his way. Sure, you will make some sales, but what you need is not making a couple of sales or a couple of thousand dollars…you need a real business with a nice and steady income. And for this, you need a list.
Why you absolutely need to get visitors into your sales funnel via your squeeze page?
Because this will enable you to increase your visitor value dramatically, and so your sales or commissions. If you didn’t read my affiliate marketing metrics post, I suggest you do it now (make sure you come back to read this post).
Let’s say you have a cool blog with 100 unique visitors per day. That’s 3000 unique per month. If your product/service converts at 1% and your profit is $10 per sale, you’ll make 30 sales per month or $300. This is without a list building process.
Now, let’s see the same example, but with your own list of subscribers…Your product conversion rate is the same for cold traffic, so you will make the initial $300, but this won’t stop there.
Since you have a squeeze page on your website – and let’s say that 30% (that’s 1o00) of your visitors optin – you will make more money overtime. Out of these 1000 new subscribers (the 50% who opted in during the month) many will buy your product. Plus your product’s conversion rate will increase since you will be able to build a relationship with your list, and your subscribers will know you AND trust your recommendations (there is a right way to do this though).
So if your product conversion rate goes from 1% to 5% with your list, you will have 50 new customers with the exact same amount of traffic. This is really powerful!
Let’s recap…
1. List Building Scenario 1: your website gets 3000 monthly unique visitors and your offer converts at 1%. You get $10 per sale.
Your monthly profit = $300.
2. List Building Scenario 2: your website gets 3000 monthly unique visitors and your offer converts at 1%. You get $10 per sale. Your monthly profit is $300 PLUS…you also get 5o more sales because you added a squeeze page to your website and you follow up with your subscribers with an autoresponder.
Your monthly profit = $300 + $500 for a total of $800.
You have more than doubled your monthly profits in scenario 2. And this is only the beginning because if you have a proper backend system in place, you will make even more money from this 3000 monthly visitors. I just wrote a blog post that shows you that some of your subscribers will buy from you one year, or even several years after they saw your offer for the first time. Many affiliate and Internet marketing newbies think that they can make a lot of money fast from home, and buy many, many programs as a result. It’s simply because we are in the information age. If you didn’t noticed yet, yellow pages, magazines and books are slowly disappearing to leave there place to ebooks (see what’s happening right now on Amazon with Kindle). Youtube, facebook, twitter and others are all about information.
With information products, you create them once, and you don’t need to worry about shipping, employees and all the other hassles that brick and mortar business deal with (I know that first hand because I was a pizzeria owner a couple of years ago.)
Here is my Instant Internet Paydays formula
1. Find A Highly Lucrative Niche
There are thousands of niches out there, and all you need to do is looking around. Go to your library and read magazines, look what sells well on Amazon.com, niches are everywhere. I write an article about how to find a profitable niche a while back, and if you prefer more advanced methods, I’ll teach you how to find a profitable niche at the Affiliate Profit Mentor.
2. Find an Offer
Now that you have the market, you need to find an offer. As an example, if you are in the “6 pack abs niche”, there are dozens of ebooks to sell. One of them is famous now, it’s the Truth about abs. You know that it’s already selling and that the conversion rate is high, so you shouldn’t have problems to sell this as well (although you may choose to enter a less competitive niche).
3. Drive Targeted Traffic To Your Offer
This will make you money. You have your market, your offer, and now, all you need is driving targeted traffic to this offer.
Now, there are many ways to drive traffic to your website, and one of the best ways for this is word of mouth or joint venture marketing. This will take an offer that converts at 1% with cold traffic to 10-13%. Joint venture is the best way to create Instant Internet Paydays. But again, 99% of beginners will not be able to do it right away. It takes time. And the 1% of beginners who may do it fast have to enter in an Internet marketing inner circle…
After joint venture, another way to quickly drive quality traffic to your offer is PPC marketing. Google tends to like brands these days, and they recently closed thousands of affiliate accounts, so you may want to consider Bing to advertise on MSN and Yahoo.
Then, you have search engine optimazation and article marketing, forum marketing, web 20 and social media. What I recommend is to choose one traffic generation method and stick to it until you become an expert.

My question: What does it have to see with you?
The answer is that I only write this title to siphon traffic from his launch to my own website.
You just learned something here: A nice and easy way to get more eyeballs to your website and offers is to drive traffic from launches in your market.
This will work in any market.
Why does it work so well?
It works because so well because for several days – and a few days after the launch – a Buzz will be generated around the product. I mean that hundreds or thousands of people will search in Google and in Yahoo for these keywords:in our case: Limitless Profits or Limitless Profits Chris Freville and other variations.
You are here reading this post, and if you came her through this page (not the blog home page), this is the undeniable proof that it works.
This is a technique I’ve used when I started to make money online in early 2006, and at that time, I must say that it was way easier. Today, there is a lof of competition, and I will give you a few tip if you want to get top rankings for keywords like Chris Freville Limitless Profits Review, or Chris Freville Limitless Profits Bonus.
How to Create Limitless Profits Online…with long tail buyer keywords…
1. Aged Domain
The older your blog, the easier it will be to achieve to rankings for your keywords. If your blog is new, you can still do it, but it will be harder to get on Google first page because dozens of other affiliates want the commissions (still many will not make a lot of money because they don’t have a bonus, AND they don’t have a list).
Having an aged domain for this purpose is powerful because most of those who try to do this will do it with a new domain.
2. Build Some High PR Backlinks
It is a good idea to get backlinks to your post. For this, you can use websites like Squidoo, tumblr, and others. Make sure they are dofollow, so they pass the link juice.
More links with Blog Comments
Another way to get good backlinks is blog comment on high pr blogs. If your comment is on a high pr page of the blog, it’s even better. Make sure you don’t spam people’s blog here (I hate those spammers…) Read the post, and write a related comment. To find those, just type dofollow blogs + your niche in Google.
A tip is to send a twit with the blog post or to social bookmark it.
Press releases are also a very good way to get backlinks for buy keywords like Chris Freville Limitless Profits Review.
3. Article Marketing
Back in the days, article marketing would give me top ranking for any blog post or web page, but today this can only be achieved in niches with little competition. However, there is still some link juice to take from article directories, especially when the keyword is long tail and has almost no competition.
4. Blog Networks and Mass Submission
Using blog networks like Article Marketing Automation (AMA), Seo Link Vine (SLV), Build My Rank (BMR) or other Unique Article Wizard (UAW) will give you a boost in rankings as well.

Did you create your affiliate blog yet?
If not, do it right now, read the previous lesson to create your affiliate blog (open in a new window): How to Create your blog with blogger or wordpress
If you already took action and created your great blog, make sure that you create a new post every single day. In fact, you just need to do this for three full months (after that, three posts per week will be enough).
When you post every single day, Google will see your blog as a valuable source for your market, and as a result, the search engines will send a lot of traffic your way.
Later on, we are going to talk about choosing the right keywords to get even more traffic. But for now, just write about my Online Paycheck Blueprint product.
Below is a link to several of my own articles. You can even choose by categories (at the bottom of the page)
You will need rewrite these articles on your own words, because if you are lazy and decide to copy and paste, it won’t work (I mean that you will not get all the traffic). You need to rewrite them, it’s not that difficult.

This works whether you have your own hosted WordPress blog, or a free blogger blog. What is important is to add valuable content and driving traffic.
It works like this:

Your blog post should be 300 word long, it doesn’t need to be a long post, but what’s important is to add value to your readers. A good idea is to create some tips for your reader like Patrice (my first online mentee ever) did on his blog at Learn French Online
Blogs are powerful because your readers don’t have the impression to be sold.
Remember: People hate being sold to, but they like to buy.
YOUR HOMEWORK:
Write a new blog post a day.
Why?
Because you will start receiving traffic to your affiliate blog.
Search engines absolutely love blogs, and the more you post, the more visitors Google and other search
engines will send your way.
Remember: to make money with affiliate marketing, you need a LOT of targeted traffic.
Blogging is one way to drive traffic to your affiliate offer, and we are going to cover tons of other traffic generation techniques.
