What Is An Authority Site?
If you have hundreds of websites, I hope you have at least one that is an authority.
We are in 2007, and the game is changing. You’d better build one or two highly profitable sites and become an authority in your niche.
An authority site is a site that people will send in an email to their friend or family. It’s a site that is posted in forums.
It is a site that you could easily show to your family or friends. You will be proud of this site.
How can you “upgrade” your normal site to the status of authority?
1) Increase your total site size
2) Obtain more incoming links
3) Buy text links
4) Find directory/hub links
5) Make sure link partners are still linking to you
6) Trade links with competitors - (this will be done with your blog, think linkbaiting)
7) Internal linkage should be thorough
Test everything you are doing and mesure the results!
