I have a briefing with him tonight, and I am going to make him understand my vision. He will also know my goals since he will now be part of my company.

The very first thing he is going to do is to learn how to market online, and I believe in teaching step by step, so I am going to teach him how to submit articles to articles directories.

I submit to some others as well, however, these three are on my weekly list.

I used to mass submit with Isnare and article marketer, but I found that submitting to these three only is more effective. You may want to test this.

Let’s come back to my new business assistant… It’s crazy! If you told me last year that I would hire a team. I started on the web because I wanted to run my business alone, from home.

I highly recommend that you consider outsourcing. Not only repetitive and boring task, but other most important tasks as well. You don’t want to become a slave of your laptop.

Don’t get me wrong, I like Internet marketing, however I have many other activities: I am practicing my martial art, after tomorrow, it’s horse riding (weekly), I like to go to the beach, I do many other things as well.

I was already successful as a pizzeria owner, however, I was too involved too much, and on the “trenches” daily… As you can imagine, I got some “minor” problems with my wife. After all, she needs to see me more than my employees!

Now, I am hiring again. Amazing!
